WAIVER AGREEMENT

INDEMNITY WAIVER FOR RESEARCH PEPTIDES

In consideration of purchasing research peptides and other research materials from ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker (“The Peptide Locker”), the purchaser agrees to this Indemnity Waiver (“Agreement”) and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, suppliers, partners, owners, affiliates, and representatives, from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the purchaser’s purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, or use of research peptides or other research materials.

RESEARCH USE ONLY

The purchaser understands and acknowledges that research peptides sold by The Peptide Locker are intended solely for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research purposes and are not intended for human or animal consumption or administration.

The purchaser understands that these products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human or animal use.

The purchaser agrees to use and handle the products in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, and appropriate laboratory practices and accepts responsibility for the purchaser’s possession, handling, storage, transportation, and research use of the products.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser expressly releases, discharges, and waives any claims, demands, causes of action, suits, judgments, liabilities, damages, or expenses against ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker arising from or connected with the purchaser’s purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, or use of research peptides.

This release includes claims relating to personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, temporary or permanent suffering, disability, death, property damage, financial loss, or any other harm, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

The purchaser understands that this release is intended to apply to claims that are known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

The purchaser expressly waives any rights or protections that would otherwise limit this release to claims that are known or suspected, to the extent such waiver is legally permitted.

INDEMNIFICATION

The purchaser agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker, including its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, suppliers, partners, owners, affiliates, and representatives, from and against claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, awards, costs, and losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert-witness fees, and other reasonable costs incurred in defending any legal proceeding arising from or connected to the purchaser’s purchase, possession, handling, storage, transportation, or use of research peptides.

This indemnification includes claims arising from the purchaser’s own negligence, acts, omissions, misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or safety requirements, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

This Indemnity Waiver does not extend to claims arising from gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that Wyoming law does not permit to be released or indemnified by agreement.

BINDING EFFECT

This Indemnity Waiver is binding upon the purchaser and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser’s heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.

This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker and its successors and assigns.

SEVERABILITY

If any term or provision of this Indemnity Waiver is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

If modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be severed, and the remaining terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalidity or unenforceability of a provision in one jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in another jurisdiction.

GOVERNING LAW

All matters arising out of or relating to this Indemnity Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Wyoming, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provision or rule that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.

VENUE & JURISDICTION

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to this Indemnity Waiver shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.

The purchaser consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing research peptides or other research materials from ABS, LLC / DBA The Peptide Locker, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Indemnity Waiver.

By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Indemnity Waiver.
